Summary
Work in progress, will update as I learn more about WordPress's privacy features.
You can browse my site without disclosing any information that directly identifies who you are.
The host for my site automatically logs the following information about all visitors to my site:
- the date and time you accessed a file on my site
- the IP address you were using when you accessed my site (or of whatever was requesting the file on your behalf, e.g. a proxy)
- the type of browser and operating system you are using (if provided)
- the URL of the referring page (if provided)
- the file/page requested
- the completion status of the request (was the page/file downloaded completely)
I use the above information to identify problems with my site (missing pages, incorrect links), popular pages, sites linking to my own, and which browsers should I focus on supporting. Any additional information you provide is at your discretion, e.g. when providing comments/feedback, your email address so you can be notified of changes etc.

This policy establishes how I handle the information you provide knowingly or unknowingly when visiting my site.
My web site follows the principles set out in the Recommendation of the Council concerning Guidelines Governing the Protection of Privacy and Transborder Flows of Personal Data (C(80)58/FINAL).
